Provenance before precision
This register separates sources we have collected from methodology references and candidates for future inputs. A reputable publisher alone does not make two observations comparable. Each accepted record needs its own source link, period, unit and geography.
The inherited legacy metric values do not include source URLs. We do not attribute them retrospectively to these organizations. New contextual observations are separate from legacy scores and are excluded from global scoring until reviewed and harmonized.
